I found a cargo bulkhead upgrade for my freighter. I thought cool I'll go upgrade my freighter inventory. The bulkhead was in my exosuit inventory. I went to the upgrade terminal and 1 cargo bulkhead let me fully upgraded both my general and technology freight inventories. I doubt you are supposed to be able to do that.
